Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IGCampus+ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Educational institutions entering into a service agreement with us are also subject to their specific Master Service Agreement (MSA).

2. Description of Service

IGCampus+ provides a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform for educational institutions, including features for student management, academic records, fee collection, and administrative automation.

3. User Obligations

As a user of the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the platform only for lawful educational and administrative purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security.

4. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its software, designs, logos, and original content, is the exclusive property of IGCampus+. The data uploaded by institutions (Student records, financial data, etc.) remains the exclusive property of the respective institution.

5. Limitation of Liability

IGCampus+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. While we maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

6. Termination

Institutions may terminate their subscription according to their service agreement. IGCampus+ reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or compromise the safety of the platform.
